In 2026, Argentina citizens will be able to apply for the online ETIAS (visa waiver) if they are planning to travel to France, as well as other Schengen Area countries. The ETIAS authorization is required for all Argentines traveling to France in order to better secure the European Union’s borders and reduce terrorist activity.

The ETIAS authorization, which is short for European Travel Information and Authorization System, will allow eligible travelers to spend up to 90 days in any Schengen country once they receive the authorization.

The ETIAS for France will allow Argentinian citizens to visit France for the purpose of tourism and conducting business (such as meeting clients, signing contracts, and so on). If you are an Argentinian citizen planning to travel to France, you will need a France ETIAS from Argentina. The first step in getting an ETIAS is to find out which requirements are needed.

ETIAS France requirements from Argentina

The process to obtain an ETIAS is simple and easy: applicants will need to enter a few pieces of information about themselves into the online application form.

The form is divided into different parts, which includes your personal information, passport information, contact details, and answering a few questions.
